To upgrade your account to Basic, Standard, or Pro, you can supply any valid credit card (Visa or Mastercard).
To cancel your paid plan, simply visit https://account.modumate.com/workspace/plans and click "Downgrade" on the Free plan. Your plan will transition to a Free plan at the end of the current billing period.
If you upgrade your plan, you will gain access to the higher-tier plan's features immediately.
If you downgrade your plan, you will lose access to the higher-tiered plan's features at the end of the billing period.
If your credit card expires, we will notify you with 3 emails to update your billing method at https://account.modumate.com/workspace/billing . If you do not update your billing method, then your account will downgrade to a Free plan 3 days after the last email.
Modumate's refund policy is simple: if you subscribe to a Modumate plan in error, you can email us at support@modumate.com and we will refund the charge if the request was placed within 72 hours of a Monthly subscription or 14 days of an Annual subscription. If you have any other concerns regarding refunds, you can email us at support@modumate.com and we'll do everything we can do make it right.
