Floor plan catalogs have existed for decades but lack the ability to help you experience the designs. ModelShop homes are all complete 3D models so you can visualize each design, and customize them to suit your needs.
Modumate runs on any PC or Mac with >4GB of RAM and DirectX12 graphics drivers.
However, to run larger models smoothly, we recommend using a computer with >8GB of RAM, >3.5GHz CPU, and a dedicated graphics card with >4GB of video RAM.
Tons of customizations! Your ModelShop expert will be an experienced designer and licensed architect, so you can propose many changes such as door and window types and sizes, roof shapes, finishes and furniture, custom millwork, and outdoor additions like pools, porches, pergolas, and sheds.
If you want to add extra rooms or levels, that becomes a whole new building design... so an additional fee will be incurred based on the square feet of the rooms. (For example, if a 1,000 sq.ft. design costs $300, and you wish to add a 500 sq.ft. basement, that will cost $150 extra.)

Because documents can be extracted and customization calls take experts' time, once you purchase a ModelShop design, we do not offer refunds. If you have an exceptional circumstance, please email us and we'll do our best to make it right, else see if a refund is appropriate.
