The opportunity is enormous

  • Humans spend $10,600,000,000,000 on construction each year.
  • The construction industry represents 40% of global carbon emissions.
  • The average U.S. resident spends 21.5 hours a day indoors.

The strategy is obvious

  • Architects should spend as little time as possible on documentation.
  • Architects should spend that time designing better buildings instead.

Our culture

At Modumate, we trust in our teammates and give them respect, autonomy, and support. We bring our A game and commit to continuous improvement. We lead with transparency, honesty, and a people-first approach. We believe in the power of user focus, imagination, and first principles to achieve our bold vision with elegance.
